You may feel deeply relaxed. Your breathing pattern may change. Your body may feel heavy, sinking into your bed/chair, or it may feel light with a floating sensation. You may experience twitching or involuntary movements. You may see colors, visions, or hear intuitive messages.

Distance reiki is a deep soul-level connection. We do not need technology to do it but I like to give the option to be able to connect personally so you will receive a zoom link.

It does not matter where you live, you can join from anywhere in the world. Just the act of signing up to participate can sometimes be enough for things to begin to shift in your life.

I like to lay down with my eyes closed to receive reiki but do what feels best for you! You can sit, lie, be on a walk. Whatever is the most relaxing for you will be best! All you need to do is listen to the music playing and allow yourself to receive the healing. You can set and intention to what you would like to release or if anything starts coming up while I am providing it, you can say in your head that you are releasing it. Many feel waves of energy leaving their bodies and a lightness. Many also have an emotional release and allow tears to fall. Each person will received exactly what they need from it!

Time doesn’t matter, you will receive the powerful effects of the healing at whatever time you receive it! You can even be sleeping and your body will receive it because it is all energetic.
